The apartments are available on a short or long-term basis.

Tariff varies with the number of occupants, the season and the duration of the stay.

• Minimum stay is 2 weeks
• The longer the stay the cheaper the rate.
• No Letting Fee, GST, or hotel taxes are charged
• Rent covers gas and water consumption
• Rent does not include electricity consumption
• $70 per week will be charged for each additional occupant
• Security bonds vary from $200 to 4 weeks rent
• On request, Cleaning/Linen change service is provided @ $20 per hour
