• No Letting Fee, GST, or hotel taxes are charged
• Rent covers water consumption
• Rent does not include gas and electricity consumption
• From $70 per week will be charged for each additional occupant
• Security bonds vary from $200 to 4 weeks rent
• On request, Cleaning/Linen change service is provided @ $25 per hour
